dc.description.abstractAbstrak:Putra Nasional Cibodas Vocational School based in Lembang-Bandung. This research is based on the existing phenomenon where teacher performance is not optimal, as for what is the main factor in the principal's leadership and teacher competence is not optimal. This study aims to determine and examine the influence of principal leadership and competence on teacher performance. This research uses a descriptive and verivikatif approach, research methods used descriptive survey and explanatory survey. Descriptive research is a study that aims to obtain a description of the characteristics of the principal's leadership variables, teacher competence and teacher performance at the Putra Nasional Cibodas Vocational School, while research is research that wants to test the truth of a hypothesis carried out through data collection in the field, in the research will test the leadership of the principal, teacher competence and teacher performance, in the study will test the principal's leadership, teacher competence and teacher performance. In this study, the sample was a teacher of the Putra Nasional Cibodas Vocational School as many as 67 respondents. The analysis method of this study uses path analysis. The results of the study descriptively showed that the principal's leadership, competence and teacher performance, while the results of the study verification had a positive and significant influence on the principal's leadership and teacher competence, partial and simultaneous on teacher performance.en_US
