This research was conducted at PT Bank BNI 1946 (Persero) Tbk Asia Afrika Branch Office Bandung, aimed to determine correlation of work discipline and employee performance, and also to analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT Bank BNI 1946 (Persero) Tbk Asia Afrika Branch Office Bandung. Respondents of this research are 45 people selected with simple random sampling technique. The method used is descriptive and associative, which tests the connection using the Spearman Rank correlation analysis, and also done to determine the accuracy of measurement using by the validity and reliability test. Results of the validity and reliability test of variables X and Y are valid and reliable. The result of this study showed that work discipline is in the category of good and employee performance is in the category of good. Results showed the correlation of work discipline with employee performace at PT Bank BNI 1946 (Persero) Tbk Asia Afrika Branch Office Bandung with correlation coefficient 0,568. Based on the interpretation of Pearson Product Moment correlation, this relationship is in the criteria of strong enough. Results of this calculation showed the coefficient of determination = 32,26%. It showed that the hypothesis is proved: there is the influence of work discipline to employee performance at PT Bank BNI 1946 (Persero) Tbk Asia Afrika Branch Office Bandung significantly.
