Item type: Item , Pengaruh Kompetensi Dan Insentif Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Studi Kasus Pada Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan Dan Aset Daerah (Dpkad) Kota Bandung)(MM STIE Ekuitas, 8/1/2019) Putri, Marcelia Andriny; Widjana, AdangResearch entitled The Influence of Competence and Incentive to Employee Performance (Case Study On The Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan and Aset Daerah (DPKAD) Kota Bandung). The purpose of research to determine the competence of employees, employee incentives, employee performance and know the influence of competence and incentives on the performance of employees of the Office of Management and Finance of Regional Assets Bandung both simultaneously and partial. The research method used is descriptive with data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires. The results showed that the competence of employees at the Office Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (DPKAD) is good although there is still a need to be a concern among other problems skilled employees have in managing the job well. Incentives in the Office of Management and Finance of Regional Assets Bandung is high although in its implementation still need to be increased, among others in the giving of bonuses conducted on a regular basis and the assistance of formal education programs provided to employees have not fully able to provide opportunities to improve career. The performance of employees of the Regional Office of Management and Finance of Bandung Assets is high although there is still a need to be a concern among others the integrated sistem informasi pengelolaan keuangan daerah (SIMDA) has not fully facilitate employees in preparing regional financial statements. The Financial Manager (Budget Users, Authorized Budget User, PPK-SKPD, and SKPD Treasurer) employees are not fully competent in accordance with the needs and the employee has not fully conducted the land asset report. Competence and incentives affect the performance of employees of the Office of Management and Finance of Regional Assets Bandung either simultaneously or partially this is because based on the results of hypothesis testing that shows Ha accepted and Ho rejected.Item type: Item , Pengaruh Strategi Keunggulan Biaya Dan Diferensiasi Terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha (Studi Kasus : Kta Dana Cinta)(MM STIE Ekuitas, 8/1/2019) Pitman; Iswati, HeniBanks play a very important role in the economy. Bank credit products, especially corporate credit, still dominate bank income. At present, there is, however, a downward trend in corporate lending rates due to the government's 'desire' to boost the real sector and business competition factors among Asean countries as well. Declining corporate interest rates tendency over the past few years generally has reduced bank revenue. Without neglecting corporate credit that still dominates the banking business, banks are trying to increase the credit portfolio by increasing consumer credit transactions. One of the consumer loans currently growing rapidly is unsecured loans (KTA). Competition in this business is of course unavoidable, so banks willing to survive must have a competitive strategy to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of cost leadership (low cost) and differentiation strategies for the success for Dana Cinta KTA product based on the generic strategy concept popularized by Porter and endorsed by Kottler & Keller and also by Dess & Davis and Ramanujam & Venkatraman for related indicators. Primary data was obtained through questionnaires for 75 respondents who were employees of Bank CTBC directly related to KTA Dana Cinta product. The research method used was descriptive and verificative methods. To increase the growth of sales revenue, and market share (business success), Bank Management is advised to modify product attributes such as being unrevolving to become revolving facility based on benchmarking activities against competitors. In this digital era, tele-officer marketing activities need to be supported by promotional activities (advertisements) that can appear suddenly with short and interesting tag-line on the smartphones target market in addition to the standard website (which must be downloaded first). The loan balance transfer facility (rarely owned by other banks) needs to be activated on a large scale through a market penetration strategy.Item type: Item , Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan Pada Bank Bjb Cabang Subang Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Mediasi(MM STIE Ekuitas, 8/1/2019) Ramdani, Euis Siti Nur Fauziah; Rusyandi, DeddyPerformance of Bank BJB Subang Branch which has been well damaged by employee behavior, that is turnover intention which can lead to employee decision to leave their work. In 2012-2016 there is an increase in employee intention turnover at Bank BJB Subang Branch due to factors of leadership style and job satisfaction. Objectives to be achieved in this research are: 1) To know the style of leadership, job satisfaction and employee turnover intention in Bank BJB Subang Branch, and 2) To know the influence of leadership style to employee turnover intention Bank BJB Subang Branch through job satisfaction as a mediation variable. This research uses quantitative and correlational research design with leadership style (X) as independent variable, job satisfaction (Y) as mediation variable, and employee intention turnover (Z) as dependent variable. The samples selected by the author are all employees of Bank BJB Subang Branch, amounting to 120 people. Data collection techniques is using questionnaires with a choice of type Likert scale answers. Subsequently, after the questionnaire data were collected, the authors converted this scale to an interval scale using the Succcessive Interval Method (MSI). To test the validity of data on each variable used validity and reliability test. Meanwhile, to test the hypothesis used in this study is path analysis. The results showed that: 1) leadership style and job satisfaction included in the category of "Good", while turnover intention included in the category "Less Good", and 2) Leadership style through job satisfaction has a not significant effect on employee intention turnover at Bank BJB Subang Branch.Item type: Item , Pengaruh Customer Relationship Management (Crm) Dan Trustworthiness Terhadap Reputasi Bank(MM STIE Ekuitas, 8/1/2019) Purnamawati, Dewi; Hurriyati, RatihBanking has a positive contribution to the macro economy, especially to support the economic growth of a country. Bank bjb is a bank centered in the city of Bandung and prioritizes its operational activities in the area of West Java and Banten, originally bank bjb not a national bank but now bank bjb has been able to compete and compete with other banks. One of the efforts to increase the level of customer confidence is by promoting Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program is useful to manage every potential customer owned by banking. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is one of the business approach based on relationship management with customers. Banking reputation reflects the good name of banking in the presence of consumers. The better the banking reputation will be the more number of customers owned by the banks concerned. This study aims to determine the effect of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Trustworthiness to Bank Reputation at bank bjb Branch Suci. This research method using qualitative approach. Samples used are as many as 100 customers bank bjb in Branch Suci, by using simple random sampling. Data analysis used is path analysis. The results showed that partially or simultaneously Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Trustworthiness have a significant influence on the Bank Reputation on the bank bjb Branch Sacred. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Trustworthiness accounted for 76.2% of the Bank's Reputation, while the remaining 23.8% was influenced by other variables not examined.Item type: Item , Pengaruh Capital Adequacy Ratio (Car) Dan Cadangan Kerugian Penurunan Nilai (Ckpn) Terhadap Return On Asset (Roa) Pada Pt. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat Dan Banten, Tbk(MM STIE Ekuitas, 8/1/2019) Sudrajat, Dedi; Rahayu, SudiThis study aims to determine the development of the Capital Adequacy Ratio, Allowance for Impairment of Credit Losses (CKPN), and Return On Assets, and also to determine the influence of Capital Adequacy Ratio and the Allowance for Impairment of Credit Losses (CKPN) on Return On Asset both partially and simultaneously at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten , Tbk 2010-2017 period. The method of research used both descriptive and verification method. The data used are secondary data with the literature study of data collection techniques and study documentation obtained from www.bpd.co.id. The instrument of statistical analysis used are the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of correlation, coefficient of determination, t test, and F test. The results showed that partially Capital Adequacy Ratio has negative affect to the Return On Asset. And Allowance for Impairment of Credit Losses (CKPN) also has positif effect also on Return On Assets. Simultaneously relationships Capital Adequacy Ratio and the Allowance for Impairment of Credit Losses (CKPN) on Return On Asset is strong with a coefficient of correlation 0.554 and the coefficient of determination 30.7% while the remaining 69.3% is influenced by variable that were not observed .Item type: Item , Pengaruh Kinerja Perusahaan Dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Earning Per Share Pada Perusahaan Properti Yang Terdaftar Di Bei Periode 2012-2016(MM STIE Ekuitas, 8/1/2019) Dewi, Andriana Drajat Pandawi; Buchory, Herry AchmadThe purpose of a company generally obtains is profit. For investors Earning Per Share is an indicator of the success of a company. Earning Per Share shows the strength of the company's profitability. So EPS greatly influence investors in taking the decision to invest funds. This study aims to determine the effect of corporate performance and firm size on Earning Per Share. The variables studied are Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turnover, Return On Equity and Company Size. The method used is purposive sampling, the sample used are 12 property companies listed on the BEI for 5 years period 2012-2016. This study uses a quantitative approach, testing data using the classical assumption test. The method of analysis used is regression test, determination test, correlation test, t test and f test. The results show partially Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Total Assets Turnover no significant effect on Earning Per Share, while Return On Equity and Size Company significantly influence the Earning Per Share. The simultaneous result shows Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turnover, Return On Equity and Company Size have significant effect to Earning Per Share.
