dc.description.abstractHuman existence as a major factor in a services production process. This can be seen in the sector business hospitality and tourism industry (HTI). The human factor as the major spearhead in the process of giving a service or the experience being vital thing, because through their, company as service providers dependent with operating. To describe & analyze the recruitment & selection process of workers in Grand Royal Panghegar Hotel & Convention, and provides the human resource management recommendations/policies to that activities. In this research, the technique data analysis is descriptive analysis, where in this research the writer studies the problems in society, and procedures that applies in the community as well as certain situations, including about the relationship, activities, attitudes, views and processes ongoing and the influence of a phenomenon (Nazir, 2009: 54). In procedural, the recruitment & selection process managed well systematic. Applyhotel.com who believed by company can draw a group of candidates by fill in the blanks position that occurs in company, for a while will not be said to be effective.
