dc.description.abstract | This research studied a problem related to the Performance of Human Resources at PT. Bio Farma (Persero). The objectives of this study are (1) To determine the effect of work discipline on Human Resource Performance, (2) To determine the effect of work life balance on Human Resource Performance, (3) To find out work discipline and work life balance and influence Human Resource Performance.
The object of this research is all employees at PT. Bio Farma (Persero) and sampling techniques by applying the Slovin formula. This study uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool. Tests are used to test research instruments in the form of validity and reliability tests. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, and coefficient of determination. | en_US |
