    Peningkatan Kinerja UKM melalui Modal Manusia dan Kompetensi Kewirausahaan (Studi pada UKM di Kota Bandung)

    Small and Medium Entreprises (SME) are growing in Indonesia and give a lot of contribution to Product Domestic Bruto of Indonesia. Many parties have interest to do research about SME and its development. The purpose of this study are to know and analyze about the impact of entrepreneurial competencies, human capital on firm performance of SME. Researchers gave questionaires to 100 SME’s in Bandung. Data analysis used in the study was using Partial Least Square. Based on the results of the study revealed that entrepreneurial competence and human capital simultaneously provide an influence on firm performance.

    Pengembangan Model Place Branding Dengan Menggunakan Analisis AHP Untuk Program 1000 Kampung di Kabupaten Bandung

    The establishment of place branding will be applied in Bandung Regency. At present what is being done by the local government is implementing a program of 1000 villages in Bandung Regency. Where there are 6 types of village concepts scattered in all regions including: Argo Village, Culinary Village, Cultural Arts Village, Home Industry Village, Panorama Village and Educational Service Village. This village theme will be a strengthening of the Bandung Regency icon. From the model that has been made, the effect will be seen on the decisions of tourists who come. Where the end result is the formation of ICONS in Bandung regency. This icon is important to further strengthen place branding. The community will be more awakened to the regency of Bandung just by looking at the ICONS used. Thus more tourists will arrive.

    Kajian Expertiential Marketing Terhadap Loyalitas Wisatawan pada Destinasi Wisata Alam dan Budaya di Kabupaten Karawang Jawa Barat

    Indonesian has been recognized a variety of natural and cultural wealth in terms of geographical, demographic, and various different characteristics. Therefore, the potentials are used as the foundation to develop the tourism in the area. One of the province in Indonesia is West Java province that has a diversity of attractions and growing tourist arrivals annually both domestic and foreign tourists. However, there is low interest of visitors visiting tourism destinations in Karawang is mainly because the visitors are less or don't even get something new on their vacation. Most public perceptions generally implied that Karawang is an industrial city despite there are various tourist destinations in the region. Whereas, tourists who will visit Karawang will definitely have to get an interesting impression that has not been experienced before. It means, in their vacation activities, tourists get something different they feel, think about, and the activities involved in it. That experience is intended to determine whether tourists will choose Karawang as one of the tourist destinations or not, where all of them are influenced by their satisfaction. Loyalty that is formed in tourists is representative of the satisfaction they feel. The study of experiences perceived by tourists aims to provide satisfaction and lead to positive things, indicated as tourist loyalty. Further, it will produce a model that is expected to represent a policy that has a positive effect. The research method in this research is descriptive verification, data collection tools using questionnaires with the tourists who have visited natural and cultural attractions in Karawang as the research participants. Some indicators related to the variables in question will be represented in several questions in the questionnaire.

    Analisis Survei Komunikasi Pemasaran, Tingkat Kepentingan dan Kepuasan Mahasiswa STIE Ekuitas

    Increasingly intense competition causes a marketing analysis that considers various aspects of marketing to be carried out to improve the competitiveness of a private university. Three marketing surveys from different respondents were conducted at STIE Ekuitas, marketing communication surveys, level of importance and student satisfaction. This research aims to measure the variables as a basis for strategic decision. Questionnaires were distributed to new students during registration for marketing communication surveys and levels of importance. The survey for student satisfaction is a student who has studied STIE Ekuitas. The results show that communication performance is quite good but needs improvement in several things. The level of importance giving results in the form of a factor that is considered important for new students and the results of the satisfaction survey indicate many factors that need to be improved to increase satisfaction

    Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Contact Center Garuda Indonesia Cabang Bandung di PT. ISH

    This study investigates a problem related to the Promotion and Performance Assessment on the company that can affect Job Satisfaction Employees. The object of this research involved 150 employees at PT. Contact Center Garuda Indonesia Bandung Branch at PT. ISH with 52 participants by referring to the Slovin sampling techniques. This study utilized questionnaires as an instrument to obtain the data. The realibility test was also conducted in this study. The data analysis used multiple linear regression and determination analysis. The result of promotion, performance assesment and job satisfaction of employee at contact center Garuda Indonesia Bandung Branch at PT. ISH show that promotion variable (X1) and performance assessment variable (X2) on job satisfaction variable (Y) has a relationship with Y = 2,021 + 0,675X1 + 0,210X2, which indicates strong relationship.

    Analisis Perbandingan Financial Distress pada PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat & Banten, TBK (Bank BJB) dan PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur, Tbk. (Bank Jatim) menggunakan Model Altman Z-Score dan Grover G-Score

    The Bank is a form of financial institution that is a milestone in the Indonesian economy. Regional Development Bank (BPD) as one of the public banks whose share ownership is owned by the Provincial Government in various regions has a significant function and role in supporting regional economic development because BPD is able to open a service network in areas that are not economically carried out by private banks. Although BPD's business development is quite good, the contribution to the regional economy is still limited. Financial distress can cause a company to default on contracts, and may involve financial restructuring between the company, creditors, and equity investors. The Altman Z-Score and Grover G-Score methods are several methods for analyzing bankruptcy. This study aims to analyze the financial distress comparison in the Regional Development Banks of West Java & Banten and the Regional Development Bank of East Java using the Altman Z-Score and Grover G-Score methods. The data used are secondary data from the company's financial statements of the West Java & Banten Regional Development Banks and the East Java Regional Development Bank for the 2015-2017 period. The results of the study revealed that the West Java BPD using the Altman and Grover method in 2015 - 2017 will not experience bankruptcy/ non financial distress, while the East Java BPD is in a gray area or "warning" zone experiencing the risk of bankruptcy using the method Altman and Grover in 2015 - 2017.
