    Pengaruh Profitabilitas terhadap Earnings Response Coefficients Pada Perusahaan yang Mengikuti PROPER Tahun 2014 - 2016

    This study aims to determine and analyze the description of profitability and earnings response coefficients in publicly listed companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and participating in PROPER in 2014-2016. In addition, it aims to find out how the effect of profitability on earnings response coefficient on publicly listed companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and following PROPER in 2014-2016. The research method used is descriptive and verification. With a sample framework, publicly listed companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange are consistent with the PROPER program. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and panel data regression analysis. The results showed that profitability measured by ROA showed a score that tended to be quite good, while the ERC value tended to be low. Profitability as measured by ROA has a negative effect on ERC.

    Overview of the financial capacity of each region are reflected through the common acceptance of the Regional Budget to fund government duties after deduction of personnel expenditures and associated with the number of poor can be seen through Ideks Fiscal Capacity. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of regional Income, funds revenue and general allocation fund to Indeks of fiscal capacity in the districts / cities in West Java during the years 2011-2015 both partial and simultaneously. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification method. The population of this study in 27 district/city government of West Java that have the Budget Realization Report. A sample of 5 districts/cities in West Java during the years 2011-2015 and data used are secondary data. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis with the hypothesis t-test and F-test, and the correlation coefficient analysis and determination. The results of this study showed that simultaneous regional income,funds revenue and generall allocation revenue is strongly influencing the Indeks of fiscal capacity. Partial test, regional income and General allocation revenue effect on indeks of fiscal capacity, while funds revenue has no effect on indeks of fiscal capacity.

    Komparasi Performa Keuangan Bank Syariah Indonesia dan Bank Syariah Malaysia

Email : iim.hilman@ekuitas.ac.id ; Jurnal Manajemen dan Bisnis Sriwijaya Vol.18 (1), 2020 ; ; Tujuan penelitian – Perbankan syariah di Indonesia dan perbankan syariah di Malaysia memiliki karekteristik yang relatif sama, baik dari sisi masyarakatnya yang mayoritas muslim maupun kebijakan operasionalnya yang menganut dual banking system. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan performa keuangan salah satu bank syariah di Indonesia yaitu Bank Muamalat Indonesia (BMI) dan salah satu bank syariah di Malaysia yaitu Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad (BMMB) dan membandingkannya mana yang lebih baik. Desain/Metodologi/Pendekatan – Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif, verifikatif, dan komparatif terhadap indikator kesehatan bank (CAMELS) dengan metode analisis independent sample t-est. Temuan – Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indikator NPF dan ROA antara BMI dan BMMB tidak ada perbedaan, sedangkan indikator CAR dan FDR menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan. Performa keuangan BMI lebih baik daripada BMMB dari sisi NPF dan FDR, sedangkan dari sisi CAR dan ROA BMMB lebih baik daripada BMI. Keterbatasan penelitian – Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menambah jumlah objek penelitian dan variable yang digunakan untuk mengukur performa bank syariah. Originality/value – Penelitian ini berfokus pada performa keuangan dari bank syariah di Indonesia dan Malaysia.

    Strategi Spin-Off Untuk Meningkatkan Kinerja Bisnis Bank Syariah Di Indonesia

    Birth of Banking Act number 21 of 2008 concerning Sharia Banking, has made a solid legal foundation for the development of sharia banking in Indonesia. Spin-Off of Sharia Business Unit (SBU) owned by a conventional bank to become Sharia Commercial Bank (SCB) is one of the business development strategy offered by the Act. In the last ten years Sharia bank in Indonesia shows a positive trend is quite impressive, the average asset growth of 27% is well above the average growth of conventional banks which only reached 15%. But on the other side, if the terms of its contribution to the national banking system is still very small, as indicated by the achievement of market share of sharia banks until the end of December 2017 reached only 5.88% of the total national banking assets. This paper aims to identify and measure the effectiveness of the implementation of SBU spin-off into SCB (full-pledge sharia bank) that have been carried out by some sharia banks in Indonesia. The results show that the growth rate of SCB business activity is better than Sharia Business Unit (SBU), but in terms of profitability and efficiency level of SBU is better than SCB.

    Evaluasi Penilaian Kinerja dengan Menggunakan Metode SMART dan Dampaknya Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja

    Subjective performance appraisal can cause decreasing on employee job satisfaction. Employees will disappointed if they feel has worked well but based on performance appraisal result they are considered not give optimal performance. This study aims to evaluate performance appraisal using SMART method at PT. BJB Tbk. Main Branch of Bandung. The method used in this study is descriptive verifikatif, with the number of samples are 98. Data leverage is done using questionnaires that distributed to employ-ees of the bank PT. BJB Tbk. Main Branch of Bandung. The result of the research shows that performance appraisal using SMART method can not be applied because some indicators of SMART can not be implemented yet, while job satisfaction given by Bank BJB to employees is still not optimal. The test results also show that the performance appraisal has a positive and very significant effect on employee job satisfaction in Bank PT. BJB Tbk. Main Branch of Bandung

    Implementasi Psak 50 Dan Psak 55 Sebelum Dan Sesudah Konvergensi Penerapan Ifrs Serta Dampaknya Terhadap Manajemen Laba Pada Industri Perbankan

    Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran dan bukti empirik tentang perbedaan implementasi PSAK 50 dan PSAK 55 sebelum dan sesudah konvergesi penerapan IFRS serta dampak yang ditimbulkan terhadap manajemen laba. Peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif verifikatif untuk menggambarkan implementasi PSAK 50 dan PSAK 55 serta menggunakan alat uji statistik untuk melihat dampak yang dihasilkan dari variabel penelitian tersebut. Pengujian terhadap perbedaan implementasi PSAK 50 dan PSAK 55 sebelum dan sesudah konvergensi penerapan IFRS menggunakan paired samples t test sedangkan untuk menguji dampak yang dihasilkan terhadap manajemen laba menggunakan analisis regresi yang sebelumnya dilakukan uji asumsi klasik terlebih dahulu. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa dalam PSAK 50 dan PSAK 55 data yang digunakan untuk menentukan nilai CKPN lebih objektif salah satunya berupa adanya data historis, estimasi arus kas masa depan dan transparansi data. Selain itu, PSAK 50 dan PSAK 55 setelah IFRS berdampak pula pada penurunan manajemen laba dimana T hitung yang diperoleh dari olah data diatas sebesar -0,356.

    Pengaruh Mekanisme Corporate Governance Terhadap Praktik Voluntary Disclosure Di Indonesia (Studi Kasus pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2014)

    This research aims to examine the level of voluntary disclosure in annual reports prepared by Manufacturing listed firms on IDX on the year of 2014 and the influence of corporate governance mechanism (board size, audit committee, and ownership concentration) towards voluntary disclosure level. Sample was selected using proportionate stratified random sampling method and 30 companies are collected. Content analysis is used as a tool for data collection to examine the level of voluntary disclosure expressed on firm’s annual report. We find that the average level of voluntary disclosure disclosure is 37,53% which is classified as low. Applying multiple regression analysis and using Ftest and t-test with significant level at 5%, we also find that board size has positive and significant influence on voluntary disclosure level. The implication is that big and effective designed board are more concerned to increase voluntary disclosure, in order to reduce asimmetry of information between firms and users and increase credibility and accountability of the firms.

    Pengaruh Pendidikan Pasar Modal Terhadap Minat Mahasiswa Berinvestasi (Studi Kasus pada Mahasiswa Jurusan S1 Akuntansi STIE Ekuitas Tahun 2017)

    This study aims to evaluate the effect of Capital Market Education through Capital Market and Portfolio Management courses to the interest of investing students of S1 Accounting Department STIE Ekuitas. The research was conducted by survey method to 186 students in two stages. The data used in this study are processed using non parametric statistical test i.e. Mann-Whitney test, Wilcoxon test and Ordinal Regression Analysis. By using SPSS software, hypothesis test result shows that there is significant difference of interest level of investment between group of students who have not taken capital market credit and those who have. There are also significant differences in the level of student investment interest before and after taking capital market courses. However, this study can not find empirical evidence of the influence of capital market education variables (lecturer performance, student’s score and course effectiveness) on student interest in investing.

    Pengaruh Pelaksanaan Pengendalian Internal, Fungsi Audit Internal Dan Pelaksanaan Good University Governance Terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk menguji seberapa besar pengaruh Pelaksanaan Pengendalian Internal, Fungsi Audit Internal dan Pelaksanaan Good University Governance terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan pada perguruan tinggi BHMN. Mengingat pentingnya Kualitas Laporan Keuangan, hal ini diketahui bahwa BAKN menemukan adanya potensi penyimpangan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan dan Laporan keuangan di Kemendiknas, khususnya perguruan tinggi BHMN. Desain yang digunakan adalah desain kausalitas. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan adalah survei. Adapun analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 7 (tujuh) perguruan tinggi BHMN di Indonesia. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Secara simultan pelaksanaan pengendalian internal, fungsi audit internal dan pelaksanaan good university governance memberikan pengaruh secara positif sebesar 70,2% terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan ; (2) Secara parsial pengendalian internal, fungsi audit internal dan good university governance memberikan pengaruh secara positif, besarnya pengaruh tersebut secara berurut adalah sebesar 45,4%, 13,8% dan 11,0%.

    Program Service Recovery Untuk Penciptaan Kepuasan Pelanggan Di Angkutan Kereta Api Daerah Operasi 2 Bandung

    The development modes of transportation in Indonesia led to competition in the various modes such as by land; sea and air were increasing. Railway is one mode of transportation, especially as the most dominated by the passenger in Bandung. Due to higher competition pattern, efforts were made to improve passenger satisfaction. Various complaints can occur, and will increase if not addressed promptly so that the company should seek to restore service (service recovery) that passengers are satisfied. This study was conducted to determine how the implementation of the program service recovery Argo Gede Train, perceived satisfaction of passengers and how much influence the program service recovery on customer satisfaction. The object of this research was Argo Gede Train passenger route Bandung-Jakarta. The independent variable in this study was a service recovery program (X), and the dependent variable was customer satisfaction (Y). The type of research was descriptive verification, through explanatory survey method with simple random sampling technique, and 100 respondents were analyzed by linear regression analysis. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, with data collection through interviews, direct observations, and questionnaires' research, and literature studies. The results showed in the service recovery program, has improved the accuracy of the biggest scores. The results showed that the service recovery program has the effect of 47.80% on customer satisfaction to note that the service recovery program has a significant impact on customer satisfaction.

    Komitmen Organisasi, Kompetensi Aparatur Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Skpd Pemerintah Kota Bandung

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi, Kompetensi Aparatur dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja SKPD Pemerintah Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Populasi target, yakni seluruh SKPD di Pemerintah Kota Bandung yang berjumlah 61 SKPD. Sampel ditetapkan sebanyak 38 SKPD dengan teknik simple random sampling. Teknis analisis data menggunakan Path Analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi, kompetensi aparatur dan budaya organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja SKPD (69,37%). Secara parsial, baik komitmen organisasi, kompetensi aparatur maupun budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap kinerja SKPD. Komitmen organisasi memiliki pengaruh sebesar 48,52%, kompetensi aparatur memiliki pengaruh sebesar 12,39% sedangkan budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh sebesar 8,46%.

    Penggunaan Media Monopoly Accounting Game Dalam Meningkatkan Aktivitas Belajar Dan Karakter Jujur

    Accounting is a field which is fully with value of honesty. Therefore, the learning should facilitate the building of honesty character and focus more on students’ learning activities. However, it is apparent that the effort to build characters of honesty in teaching process and students’ learning activities at SMAK 1 BPK PENABUR Bandung is still low. The study is aimed at investigating the influence of the use of monopoly accounting game as a media for student learning activities and on honesty character. The method used in this research is quasy-experiment with non equivalent control group design. The testing tools are assessment on students’ honesty and learning activities. T-test is employed to test the difference of attitude in the experiment classes in which monopoly accounting game is applied and the control classes which uses standard exercise media and both the experiment and control classes. The result indicates that first, there is difference in honesty character prior to and after the use of monopoly accounting game. Second, in learning with standard exercise media, there is no difference in honesty character before and after learning. Third, the increase of honesty in classes that use monopoly accounting game is higher than in classes that use standard exercise. Fourth, the level of learning activity in experiment class after using monopoly accounting game is higher than that in control class which used standard exercise.

    Analisis Perbandingan mengenai e-Commerce berdasarkan persepsi Online User dan Online Shopper (Survey pada pelanggan e-Commerce di Jawa Barat)

    Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang begitu pesat termasuk internet membawa dampak yang besar bagi segala aspek, tidak terkecuali perkembangan dunia bisnis dan pemasaran. Hal ini tidak aneh mengingat jumlah pengguna internet yang terus tumbuh pesat dapat dilihat dari jumlah pengguna internet di Indonesia Dengan jumlah pengguna internet yang mencapai angka 82 juta orang atau sekitar 30% dari total penduduk di Indonesia pasar e-commerce menjadi tambang emas yang sangat menggoda bagi sebagian orang yang bisa melihat potensi ke depannya. Pertumbuhan ini didukung dengan data dari Menkominfo yang menyebutkan bahwa nilai transaksi e-commerce pada tahun 2013 mencapai angka Rp130 triliun. Sehingga dapat menjadi sebuah pasar yang potensial untuk dimasuki para pebisnis hal ini dapat dilihat juga pada jumlah online users dan online shoopers di Asean pada Q1-2014, bahwa di negara Asean, Indonesia memiliki online users terbesar kedua setelah Vietnam. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa potensi bisnis e-commerce di Indonesia cukup besar. Pada tahun 2014, jumlah penduduk di Jawa Barat berjumlah 46,03 juta jiwa, menjadikan jawa barat menjadikan propinsi terbesar untuk jumlah penduduk. Dimana terdiri dari 23,35 juta jiwa laki-laki dan 22,68 juta jiwa perempuan. Jumlah penduduk yang besar dan peningkatan pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh padar meningkatnya jumlah pelanggan e-commerce di Jawa Barat, dan ini merupakan potensi yang besar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis perbandingan mengenai e-commerce berdasarkan persepsi online user dan online shopper. Sumber data terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder, dimana data primer diperoleh dari kuesioner, wawancara dan hasil observasi, dengan jummlah sampel 500 responden. Tipe penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan persepsi antara online user dan online shopper mengenai variable e-commerce yang diteliti meliputi, persepsi, teknologi, model pembayaran, logistik dan regulasi pada e-commerce.

    The development of telecommunications and information technology is growing very rapidly, which can provide various types of telecommunications services desired by customers. The existing condition, the cellular mobile telecommunications provider in Indonesia : Telkomsel, Indosat, XL Axiata (XL), Huthcisson (HCPT), Natrindo Telepone Seluler, Mobile-8, Smart Telecom and Sampoerna Telekomunikasi Indonesia. The number of providers in the mobile industry to create tight competition so each provider as much as possible to apply the concept of service marketing mix, customer relationship management, competitive advantage and loyalty. But in the reality there are many complaints from its customers indicating that the performance of the implementation of all concept mentioned above, still do not meet the customer needs and at the end customer loyalty is low. Its condition can be seen from the high churn rate subscribers from one penyelenggara to another penyelenggara. The objective of this research are to: (1) Obtaining the results of studies on the performance of services marketing mix, customer relationship management, competitive advantage and customer loyalty on cellular industry in West Java, (2) To test a conceptual model and study the effect of the performance of services marketing mix, customer relationship management Competitive advantage and customer loyalty on cellular industry in West Java either partially or simultaneously. Based on the data to be collected, then the object of study or unit of analysis in this study is the cellular subscribers of cellular providers that operated in West Java region, classified in 4 criterias are dense urban, urban, suburban and rural area. Samples were taken by random cluster sampling technique with a sample size of 756 responden of cellular. Data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data collection techniques by questionnaire, interview and observation. Research Type used is descriptive and verification method of explanatory survey. The model is analyzed using Structural Equation influence Modeilng (SEM) since the model is composed of a number of causal relationships between latent variables. The results showed that the performance of services marketing mix, customer relationship management, competitive advantage and customer loyalty of cellular providers is good, and there is a significant effect between service marketing mix, customer relationship management, competitive advantage and customer loyalty.

    Kajian Experiential Marketing Dalam Membentuk Citra Pariwisata Kota Bandung

    Abstract: Economic development today is very fast, especially in the tourism services sector. Regions in Indonesia are competing to make their area (tourism destinations) more attractive to tourists. Bandung is a leading tourist destination of West Java province. The high number of visits to tourism destinations will have a positive impact on local revenue. Therefore the availability of infrastructure supporting facilities of tourism becomes important to increase tourist visits, so that Bandung remains active and supported by an effective promotional media. Forming a positive image of tourism destinations to tourists is not only formed from marketing communications strategy, but from various experiences felt by tourists. With that experience determine whether the tourists will choose back Bandung as one of the tourist destinations or not. The method in this research is descriptive verificative, with data collection tool in the form of questionnaire. The sample in this research are domestic and foreign tourists who visited the city of Bandung as many as 400 respondents. The results in this research show that there is influence of Experiential Marketing in shaping the image of Bandung city tourism by 86.3% and the rest influenced by other factors outside the model.

    The purpose of this study was to compere factors work-life balance on student work and not at some college in Bandung. The topic of work-life balance is becoming increasingly important, especially in developing countries, including one of which is Indonesia This research was carried out by conducting a survey of students at several universities in Bandung. Analysis factors was performed using SPSS 22. This research obtains empirical findings that Family Work Conflict (FWC) is forming the greatest the work life balance both student work and not, as well as the work that is equal to 0.883, and 0.914. Shaping the majority is on the student group is not working "Work Family Conflict" (WFC) became the second factor shaping work life balance that is equal to a.881. While the group of student work "Work Life Conflict (WLC), becoming the second largest factor in shaping the work life balance of 0,906.

The purpose of this research is to discover to discover effect change management on learning organization and its implication on employee performance in PT.KAI (PERSERO) DAOP II Bandung. This research used survey method by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The result of Effect of change management on employee performance through learning organization is about 41.11 %.

    Kinerja Bauran Pemasaran Dalam Peningkatan Citra Serta Implikasinya Terhadap Keputusan Mengunjungi Museum Di Kota Bandung

    Museum is one of destination in Bandung. The number of tourist visiting Bandung is increasing every year, however is not a case for museum. This research aims at revealing the performance of marketing mix influence brand image and its implication toward decesion making to visit museum in Bandung. The research method employed is survey explanatory method for this method elaborate causative relationship among variable through hypothesis testing. Sample are drawn by incidental sampling method. The survey is conducted by proposing questioner as data collection technique to 100 respondents. the brand image can be increased if the implementation of marketing mix optimally. The result of this research say that brand image can be improved through the implementation of optimum marketing mis so that if the brand image has been bulid, local people or tourits can decide to choose museum as one of their destinations.

    Penelitian ini terkait dengan analisis sumber risiko dan identifikasi risiko yang mungkin terjadi pada usaha pertanian, seperti risiko cuaca dan risiko perubahan pendapatan. Dilakukan beberapa tahap pengukuran risiko untuk tiap jenis risiko yang berbeda. Untuk risiko cuaca dilakukan pengukuran melalui hubungan korlasi antara jumlah curah hujan dan jumlah hari hujan terhadap tingkat produksi. Sedangkan risiko perubahan pendapatan dengan menggunakan R/C ratio dan standar deviasi dari return yang diharapkan. Objek penelitian adalah Usaha Sayur Kreatif di Lembang, Bandung Barat. Pemilihan objek tersebut didasari oleh menurunnya harga sayuran yang ada dipasaran dan juga terdapat kondisi kurangnya pasokan air yang mengakibatkan hasil panen berkurang 50% sampai dengan 70%. Dari hasil penelitian ini, bahwa risiko cuaca memiliki pengaruh sangat kuat dan signifikan pada beberapa varian sayuran tertentu, seperti tomat, paprika, dan strawberry. Sedangkan pada sayuran seperti labu siam dan kangkung, risiko cuaca sangat kecil dan t idak berpengaruh secara signifikan. Untuk risiko perubahan pendapatan, rata-rata produksi sayuran memiliki R/C ratio > 1 yang berarti menguntungkan dengan tingkat risiko yang kecil

    Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh hasil kajian mengenai kinerja bauran pemasaran jasa, keunggulan bersaing dan loyalitas pelanggan Go-jek dan Ojek pangkalan dan melakukan pengujian model konseptual dan kajian pengaruh kinerja bauran pemasaran jasa, keunggulan Bersaing dan loyalitas Pelanggan Go-jek dan Ojek Pangkalan di Bandung baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan, maka objek penelitian pelanggan Go-jek dan Ojek pangkalan yang ada di kota Bandung.. Sampel diambil dengan teknik Cluster random sampling dengan ukuran sampel sebesar 132 orang. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data primer dengan cara pemberian kuesioner, wawancara dan observasi. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan metode survey eksplanatori. Hasil penelitian membuktikan adanya pengaruh baik secara simultan maupun parsial baik untuk pelanggan Gojek maupun Ojek pangkalan.
