Item type: Item , Analisis Group Reference dalam Atribut Produk pada Keputusan Pembelian(STIE Ekuitas, 5/27/2017) Basuki, Teguh ImanCurrently the complexity of the needs and desires of consumers causes producers must innovate in implementing marketing strategies. Influence the purchasing decision of a community also has the potential for someone different, a perception that appears to be different-different in consumers' minds when they see the various attributes of the product, which is considered appropriate and relevant that can benefit them. The purpose this study was to describe the reference group, product attributes and purchasing decisions in one group of consumers. Research using descriptive methods and verification by distributing questionnaires to two different communities are Taft Diesel Indonesia Chapter Bandung and customer groups of supermarket Borma Ciwastra using simple random sampling method in determining the sample. The result of variable group reference from two communities in good category, the variable of product attributes are also good and a purchasing decision variables is very good. Factor analysis at the Taft Diesel Indonesia community Chapter Bandung form the three main factors, namely are reference groups factor, and attributes product factor Purchase Decision Factors. While at the customer groups of supermarket Borma Ciwastra forming four main factors, namely reference groups factor, Purchase Decision Factor, product attributes factor and when deciding to buy factor.Item type: Item , Pengaruh Dimensi Inovasi Terhadap Kinerja Pemasaran Dan Keuangan Pada Industri Kecil Pakaian Rajutan Binong Jati Jawa Barat(STIE Ekuitas, 5/27/2017) Hamali, Sambudi; Hidayat, Cecep; DarmanFashion industry is an industry that changes constantly and styles are relatively new and in the extreme can be short-lived, therefore it offers innovative products to consumers must be regulated effectively. This study aims to determine the influence of the dimensions of innovation to the marketing and financial performance in small industries of knitted garments in Binong Jati, West Java. The type of research is explanatory research. The sample are ninety small industries. Data analysis techniques used in this study is the variance-base partial least squares Structural Equation Modeling or PLS-SEM technique with software WarpPLS 5.0.and data source is primary, using questionnaires. The results showed no effect on the product innovation to marketing performance and financial performance, while process innovation, marketing innovation and organizational innovation affect the marketing performance and financial performance. Marketing performance impact on financial performance. Based on the results, the small industries of knitted garments in Binong Jati, West Java need to improve the innovation process in terms of product quality, improve the marketing innovation through product design attractive and continue to make innovation as an organizational culture that improve their marketing performance and financial performance.Item type: Item , Pengaruh Electronic Word of Mouth terhadap Proses Keputusan Pembelian Happy Go Lucky Bandung(STIE Ekuitas, 5/27/2017) Ghassani, Salsabil; Setyorini, RetnoCurrently the electronic word of mouth became one of the campaigns that are often used by companies to promote their businesses. In the era of globalization media campaign is very easy to find due to the increase of Internet users every year. The number of local brands that have sprung up at this time led to a greater concept store in Bandung to providing a wide range of local clothing brand, a concept store in Bandung most widely known is the Happy Go Lucky. This study was conducted to determine how the electronic word of mouth on the purchase decision process in Happy Go Lucky. The method used is descriptive analysis method and multiple linear regression with data retrieval using quantitative data collection. Sampling technique used in this research is non probability sampling with accedental sampling technique. Based on the overall results of hypothesis testing, electronic word of mouth is simultan significant effect on purchasing decisions process at Happy Go Lucky Bandung with a value of 27,156 is greater than F table is 3,49 and the results of partial hypothesis testing that variabel content that influence the purchase decision process. Based on the coefficients of determination, it shows that purchasing decision wil be explained by the electronic word of mouth 45,9%, while the remaining 54,1% are influenced by other variabels which are not examined in this study.Item type: Item , Komparasi Kinerja Keuangan Sebelum dan Sesudah Merger dengan Rasio Keuangan dan Metode Economic Value Added pada PT. Bank OCBC NISP, Tbk.(STIE Ekuitas, 5/27/2017) Rizkiana, Nurul; Yuneline, Mirza HedismarlinaBank OCBC NISP officially merged with Bank OCBC Indonesia in 2011 as a form of adherence to the rules of single presence policy of Bank Indonesia in 2006, and with expectation to create synergies between the two banks. This study aims to determine whether there are differences in financial performance before and after the merger of PT. Bank OCBC NISP Tbk. by using financial ratios with three indicators, which is the liquidity ratio, solvency ratio, and profitability ratio, and also economic value added method. The research method is using descriptive analysis with quantitative approach. The data using secondary data that obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange and financial statements of PT. Bank OCBC NISP Tbk. before the merger in 2007-2010 and after the merger in 2011-2014. Financial performance comparison test has been calculated by using paired sample t-test. The results showed there was an increase in the ratios after the merger which is characterized by the higher of credits with increasing LDR, capital increase which is characterized by increasing CAR and profitability increase which is characterized by increasing ROA. But the increase is not significant, only economic valued added method that significantly to increase in value added companies after the merger, it shows that the purpose of the merger have not been yet totally achieved.Item type: Item , Pengaruh Workplace Flexibility terhadap Turnover Intentions Karyawan Hotel Grand Asia dengan Work-Family Conflict sebagai Variabel Mediasi(STIE Ekuitas, 5/27/2017) Stevanus, Laurentius; Sandroto, Christine WinstinindahThe hospitality industry is synonymous with long work days, long working hours, low job security, and working in shifting hours that are uncommon. This condition can lead to turnover intentions. One of the causes of employee turnover is a lack of workplace flexibility and also due to the work family conflict. This study aims to determine the effect of workplace flexibility on turnover intentions with work-family conflict as an intervening variable. The population is all employees of Hotel Grand Indonesia, the sample size is determined based on the Slovin formula, and the sampling technique with convenience sampling. The results showed workfamily conflict has significant positive effect on turnover intentions, workplace flexibility has significant negative influence on turnover intentions, workplace flexibility has significant negative influence on work-family conflict, work-family conflict has a role to mediate the effects of workplace flexibility to turnover intentions, gender has a role to moderate the effect of workplace flexibility on work-family conflict, where the effect of workplace flexibility on workfamily conflict is much more significant for female employees than male employees.Item type: Item , Analisis Pengaruh Penerapan E-Commerce dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen(STIE Ekuitas, 5/27/2017) Disastra, Ganjar M; Wulandari, AstriThe opportunity of online market to grow is still huge considering that internet users especially online market users in Indonesia increase about 24 percents of internet users in Indonesia. This study aimed to acknowledge the application of e-commerce , service quality , and consumers' satisfaction who use mataharimall.com application in which it used to be a traditional mall that transformed into a mall in an internet application. In this study, it used a double linear regression method . Based on F calculate or Simultaneous test, the score of F calculate 18,254 with the significant of probability showed that the score 0,000, it meant that the score of significant of probability < 0,05. However, the score from F table of df1=2 and df2=93in α = 0,05 was 3,09, in which, it meant that F calculate > F table (18,254 > 3,09). So, it showed that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. It can be concluded that variable X1 and X2 simultaneously influenced Y variable. Therefore, the strategy of e-commerce application and quality service in mataharimall.com influenced the consumers' satisfaction simultaneously.
