Good personal formation starting from the good service provided by the educational institution. Competition in education institutions increasingly stringent therefore educational institutions to further improve the quality of the organization in order to give the best to their customers (students). Many tools are used to assess the quality of the organization. One of them is the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA) consisting of seven categories: leadership; Strategic Planning; Market and Customer Focus; Measurement, Analysis and Knowledge Management; The focus of Human Resources; Focus Surgery; and results. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of achievement in STIE EQUITY MBNQA score. This research uses descriptive and verification method by respondents as many as 74 people consisting of structural officials, expert staff, faculty, trustees and students STIE EQUITY. This study also used a questionnaire that was distributed manually. The scale used is a Likert scale (ordinal). Total item questions by 88 questions have been tested through validity and reliability. For the calculation of scores using the formula MBNQA. Based on the results of the research that has been done, MBNQA generate a value of 751 based on the views of respondents who are in the category of industry leaders which showed that STIE Ekuitas now provide good service also has a good quality also.Item type: Item , Analisa Kualitas Pelayanan Pada Pelanggan PT. The transition era of the needs of the quantity on the need to make the quality of the company is currently conducting a focus on quality service delivery.JNE is a company engaged in the field of freight forwarding and logistics of goods or documents, based in Jakarta Indonesia.JNE is a service company in Indonesia thatprovide services as required and expected by today's customers. This study aims to determine the quality of services provided by JNE Batununggal, to determine the level of customer satisfaction and how much influence the quality of service to customer satisfaction. This study used quantitative descriptive method with data collection using the questionnaire. Questionnaires distributed using an ordinal scale and measurement in the form of Likert. Sample collection technique used was non-probability sampling of 100 respondents. Based on the analysis of 100 respondents that the quality of service JNE Batununggal included in the category quite well, with an average percentage of 74.35%, thecustomers are quite satisfied with quality of services provided by the JNE Batununggal amounted to 70.43% and there is a positive effect on the quality of service to customer satisfaction that is equal to 21.4%, while the remaining 78.6% is influenced by other factors. One significant drawback is the low access to technology to assist operations. In fact, Indonesia is a country with a demographic bonus, support the potential of natural resources, geographical conditions conducive to doing business, as well as the market potential is still unexplored optimally, should be a country with the development of creative industries a high level with countries such as Britain, Australia, Japan, or South Korea. This study aims to identify the model of the technology used in the creative industries in Indonesia and its effects on productivity improvement efforts in order to deliver on the development of small and medium enterprises in Indonesia, especially to win the competition in the global market through quality standards in accordance with the market. This study uses a mix method that describe the degree of correlation between the use of technology and productivity as well as an overview model of appropriate technologies required by products of creative industries in order to improve the productivity of their operations. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the technological model that is effective in helping Indonesia's creative industries to improve productivity and win the competition in the global market.Item type: Item , Performance Management System Design for a Muslim Apparel Company in Indonesia (Case Study PT. BersamaZattaJaya or we can call BEZAYA located in Bandung is a Company engaged in the retail trade of Muslim Apparel with its brands Elzatta, Dauky, Hasanah, and Aira. The company have some problem such as; employee turnover is relatively high, thecompany is most likely still unable to measure the performance of each section and does not know how to measure its contribution to the company as well. Based on an analysis using a Current Reality Tree (CRT), it can be deduced that BEZAYArequires performance management system. The proposed implementation of performance management system is using Integrated Performance Management System (IPMS). Performance management system is made to fit with the vision, mission and strategy of the company. Therefore, SWOT and TOWS analysis as well as strategy map are used to get variable performance in accordance with the company's strategy. Analyzing with Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used in order to obtain the variable priority. The performance variable is arranged for Key Performance Indicator (KPI) using the three perspectives of IPMS. Findings in this paper are the fact that leading and lagging factors can be useful for decision maker in the company. And limitation of this paper is no historical data from previous performance measurement. Output for performance management system is measurement of the performance of each division of the company's operations in accordance with the company's strategy as well as an improvement of the company's performance.Item type: Item , Pengaruh Kinerja Keuangan Terhadap Harga Pasar Saham :Studi Kasus terhadap Perusahaan Jasa Asuransi Indonesia yang SudahGo Public(Tbk)(STIE Ekuitas, 5/13/2016) Hidayat, Cecep; Hamali, Sambudi; Bharata, AndhiThe main purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of financial performance on stock market price changes of Indonesian insurance companies. The type of research is explanatory research has the objective to predict, test, and develop theories, and provide evidence that reinforces the support or rejection of the theory. The study population is indigenous Indonesian insurance companies that have gone public (Tbk) and eight members of the population used as the unit of analysis. The data analysis techniques used multivariate analysis using secondary data obtained from the financial statements of the nine insurers. The results of this study indicate simultaneous that Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Earning per Share (EPS) affect significantly on the stock price. Partially, only the EPS has a significant influence on the stock market price.Item type: Item , Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada PT. Bank BNI 1946 (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Cabang Asia Afrika Bandung(STIE Ekuitas, 5/13/2016) Simanjuntak, Betaria; Hamali, Arif YusufThis research was conducted at PT Bank BNI 1946 (Persero) Tbk Asia Afrika Branch Office Bandung, aimed to determine correlation of work discipline and employee performance, and also to analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT Bank BNI 1946 (Persero) Tbk Asia Afrika Branch Office Bandung. Respondents of this research are 45 people selected with simple random sampling technique. The method used is descriptive and associative, which tests the connection using the Spearman Rank correlation analysis, and also done to determine the accuracy of measurement using by the validity and reliability test. Results of the validity and reliability test of variables X and Y are valid and reliable. The result of this study showed that work discipline is in the category of good and employee performance is in the category of good. Results showed the correlation of work discipline with employee performace at PT Bank BNI 1946 (Persero) Tbk Asia Afrika Branch Office Bandung with correlation coefficient 0,568. Based on the interpretation of Pearson Product Moment correlation, this relationship is in the criteria of strong enough. Results of this calculation showed the coefficient of determination = 32,26%. It showed that the hypothesis is proved: there is the influence of work discipline to employee performance at PT Bank BNI 1946 (Persero) Tbk Asia Afrika Branch Office Bandung significantly.
