With the raise of internet in Indonesia and the high culture to travelling owned by Indonesian, creates an opportunity for Indonesian online business travel. Tiket.com is one of business that provides travelling itineraries which can be accessed through website and mobile applicaion. Mobile Application Tiket.com was succesfully downloaded by mpre than 1,2 billion users and its has superiority compare to anothe e-travel such as Traveloka.com and Pegipegi.com. Technology Acceptance Model explained that the reason why users operates a technology were caused of Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use. Meanwhile, Perceived Risk was a factor that really considered by consumers when they had an online transaction. This research aims to understand the effect of Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Risk toward Intention to Transact on Tiket.com. This research is causal-quantitive, 385 data was collected through questionnaire and analyzed using multiple-regression by statistic software. This research shows that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and perceived risk are on “high” category. This is indicated by the number of students lost during learning process. According to data from academic division of STIEB Perdana Mandiri dan Politeknik Perdana Mandiri, the percentage of students who’re outgoing in 2013 until 2015, tends to fluctuate. The condition is vunerable increasing because of there are so many students who take leave without permission. It is allegedly due to the lack of service quality of institution to whole students. The objective of the study is identifying the service quality gap based on perceptions the students of STIEB Perdana Mandiri dan Politeknik Perdana Mandiri. Also analizing the effect of service quality gap to students satisfaction. One of the factors that influence the growth of the economy is with the development in the rapidly growing tourism sector. The city offers several tourist clusters including: culinary tourism, heritage, entertainment and recreation, and geotourism. The growth of tourism in Bandung is not only accompanied by the increasing number of visits in each year, also accompanied by the growth of business sector, both large-scale, medium and small businesses, especially culinary. Food industry centre has an important role because in addition to absorbing labor, can also be a tourist attraction to visit tourism destination. In order for food products always in demand by tourists then it should have a superior value. Customers want maximum value by searching, knowledge, mobility and limited income. increasingly perceived value perceived by the customer is the greater of a relationship (transaction). Because, this can certainly be a positive impact if the equity brand of food centers increased and also positively affected the regional economy. The research method in this research is descriptive verifikatif, with data collection tool in the form of questionnaire to tourists as respondents. The results of this study have a strong influence between brand equity and customer value with a coefficient of 0,705. And it is proven that brand equity has an effect on increasing customer value by 49,8%.Item type: Item , Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Priwista Raya Bandung Barat(Prodi Manajemen, STIE Ekuitas, 11/25/2017) Leliana, Kartita; Hamali, Arif Yusuf; Awalliyah, CitraThis research was conducted at PT Priwista Raya Bandung Barat, aimed to determined correlation of organizational climate and motivation to employee performance, and also to analyze the impact of organizational climate and motivation to employee performance at PT Priwista Raya Bandung Barat. Respondents of this research are 30 selected using simple random sampling technique.The method used is descriptive and associative, which tests the connection using path analysis, and also done to determine the accuracy of measurement using the validity and reliability test. Partial test result showed that organizational climate and motivation independently affect employee performance. The result of path analysis for simultaneous test showed that organizational climate and motivation have a significant effect to employee performance at PT Priwista Raya Bandung Barat simultaneously. Based on the interpretation of path equation, the result showed that the hypothesis is proved: there is an influence of organizational climate and motivation to employee performance at PT Priwista Raya Bandung Barat either partially or simultaneously.Item type: Item , Pengaruh Komunikasi Internal terhadap Kepuasan Kerja di Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Pemalang(Prodi Manajemen, STIE Ekuitas, 11/25/2017) Herbudiningtyas, Kartika; JoeliatyThe aim of the study is to analyze and determine the effect of internal communication on job satisfaction of the staff of the Department of Culture and Tourism, Pemalang District, Indonesia. The research method used is descriptive survey and explanatory survey, with data collection techniques used are questionnaires, interviews, observation and literature study. The hypothesis was tested using the path analysis. The sample in this research is all employees of Culture and Tourism Department which amounted to 93 people. The instrument of data collection used is by using questionnaire with likert scale. The results of the study indicate that internal communication and job satisfaction of civil service and tourism officers of Pemalang district still not running well. The result also shows that there is influence of internal communication to job satisfaction which equal to 72,6%.Item type: Item , Analisis Tingkat Kesehatan Bank dengan Metode CAMEL pada 3 (Tiga) Bank Peraih Indonesia Banking Award (IBA) 2016(Prodi Manajemen, STIE Ekuitas, 11/25/2017) Dialysa, FiaThe economic crisis that hit Indonesia at this time, one of them caused by the weakening of the Rupiah against the United States dollar (US). Bank as a supporting element of the economy should be able to show a good performance, have a good health. The healthiness of bank becomes something vital. CAMEL method is one of the method used to indicate the healthiness of bank, with some qualification aspects of Capital, Asset, Management, Earning and Liquidity. The aim of this study is to analyze the healthiness of bank in Indonesia Banking Award (IBA) 2016 “The Most Reliable Bank of Conventional National Bank” with asset more than Rp100 triliun. They are PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk (BCA), PT.Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk (BRI), and PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk (BNI) period of 2012-2016 with CAMEL method.The method used are descriptive and verification. The data obtained are secondary data derived from the financial statements of PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk (BCA), PT.Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk (BRI), and PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk (BNI) period of 2012-2016. This research show that the healthyness of three bank’s as the winner of Indonesia Banking Award (IBA) 2016, are healthy enough in period 2012-2016.
