Konflik Kerja Keluarga pada Pengemudi Travel Antar Kota PT. XYZ, Bandung
Abstract
There is unique relations beween family and work environment. In a rapidly changing
environment in which the need for the competition is higher and followed by increasing work
demand, everybody who find themselves as the employee will experience work-family conflict.
There are many factors which resulting the work-family conflict, ranging from the individual
and the organizational background. This research used the descriptive analysis to find the level
of work-family conflict faced by the driver of the PT. XYZ, a shuttle services company in
Bandung. We derived 100 samples from 1250 populations. The result showed that the level of
the work-family conflict for the driver is relatively low.
